Kale Chips

Kale is one of the healthiest vegetables on planet. I recommend this to anyone. Kale chips are super simple and easy to make and pretty much an alternative of potato chips.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1-2 teaspoon of virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of fine sea salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Wash the kale while in a bunch then dry the kale thoroughly. If it’s not dry completely it won’t be crispy. Then cut the kale with your kitchen shears. Put it in a big bowl then drizzle your olive oil like you are making salad and distribute it evenly or just toss it with your hands. Make sure kale is coated completely.
  3. Place the kale in a single layer on a baking cookie. Then sprinkle it with the sea salt evenly. Bake for 15 min.

NOTE: Depending on the type of oven and how good the air circulates, you might want to keep on checking it till the kale is nice and crisp.

Enjoy it while watching a movie with your kids! You can even partner the Kale chips with a glass of healthy smoothie.
