Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver and the Philippine Department of Tourism officially launched the tourism program Winter Escapade 3 last September 11, 2015. This year’s program showcases the proud and rich cultural heritage and the best tourism destinations in the Philippines.
WE3 is scheduled on February 3- 12, 2016 and will feature the five beautiful destinations of Albay, Camarines Sur, Sorsogon, Palawan and Manila at the price of CAD $1550 per person on twin sharing. The package includes 2 round trip domestic airfares (Manila-Legazpi-Manila and Manila-Puerto Princesa-Manila); accommodation at first class hotels; most meals, transfers, insurance, porterage fees and English speaking guided tours.
